Re: Sims Freeplay Currency Bundle-NEVER RECEIVED!

I purchased a currency bundle that SHOULD have given me 100 LP & 1,175,000 simoleons. I've already received confirmation of purchase from Microsoft. This order was placed on December 16th, 2013, and STILL have not received the bundle. I've restarted my phone multiple times, and still have not received what I purchased. I've posted on FireMonkeys twice, & still haven't gotten what I ordered. I'm playing on a Windows phone, so it's not linked to my Facebook account, nor does it save to the cloud.

  • I had the same issue. Although I tried to purchase twice and was charged but still hasn’t been resolved. Have you had any luck yet?

    Hi @hollylynn2701,

    This thread is from 2014 and might not get a response from the older posters as a result. ^^: Could you pop open a new thread for this and add some more information such as what you're seeing when you try to make a purchase? Is there an error message? Are the icons greyed out? Does it say completed but the content hasn't arrived? In the meantime I'll lock this thread as it's a bit of an oldie that's been necro'd.
