Online Store Login Issue (Sims Freeplay)
I am unable to sign-in to the online store 95% of the times and keep getting an error message saying I should sign-in to an account on my device to connect to the online store. I mostly play on an phone (galaxy note 10) and yes, my game has been and still is linked to my Google play games account. Whenever I open the game on my tablet, I dont have this issue.
Restarting my device doesn't resolve the issue. While I may be able to sign-in to the online store immediately after restarting, the issue reoccurs.
I had contacted EA help before but nothing was resolved.
