Need help growing onions for mysterious island

Question

Hi!&nbsp;I played the sims free play a lot back in 2012ish. I recently picked it back up. I was on the mysterious island quest. I started completing the quest and they were working but I got to the part of the quest that said grow onions. I have planted many onions in the game by many different sims but it never counts toward the problem and this has been going on for a couple weeks. Any ideas on how to fix this? Also the picture doesn’t load under the quest section. I’ve attached a picture to show what I mean.

Since planting on garden plots on home lots has been removed, &nbsp;all you can do is &nbsp;asking the &nbsp;Online Support for help. &nbsp;The three dots at the bottom right -&gt;Info -&gt; Online Support and the the square talk bubble on the upper right.&nbsp;

I went to support team and the first time the support person said they fixed it for me and to restart the game. That didn’t work so I tried to contact them again. I went through the same thing and still nothing! It’s so frustrating. Let me know if they help you.&nbsp;

Make sure the Auto Cloud Save is set off. In your game the three dots at the bottom right -> Options -> scroll to the bottom.
Saving the game this way happens when you open the game, so a save made by the Support will be overwritten right away.
