How to restart game on PS4 and/or fix the glitch going on in my game

Hi I'm Ness, probably the stupidest person on Earth for not looking up how to delete a game. I deleted my game on the ps4 while the disc was still in. I know, stupid right but I didn't know that until after I did it, and now my game is glitching, and I honestly can't fix it. I don't know what to do so hopefully you all have an answer for me.
