How to play sims 4 on ps4 offline

I'm sorry if this topic exists but I went to play the sims 4 without an internet connection on my ps4 and none of my DLC was included.  I've downloaded cats and dogs, get together(I think that's the name), luxery items pack and the free downloadable content. Only the free downloadable content was available to play and the base game when I was not connected to the internet.  

How do I make it so I do not have to have an internet connection to play this game ? 

It said I needed to be connected to the PlayStation store.
