steam subscription still not fixed

Hey,

Does anyone know how long it will take customer support to rectify errors with subscriptions?

I bought SWTOR subscription through steam and it hasn't updated. I submitted the screenshots to support@swtor and they've responded saying they have escalated the issue.
I just want to know how long it is likely to take. I don't have much time to play and it is pretty frustrating not being able to change combat styles and having credits moved to escrow.

Any help would be appreciated.

    You should be good now

    You will need to log out and back in again for it reflect ingame

    It's a shame the time difference means I'll lose out on the time I have available to game this weekend.

    glad to hear gametime was added

    if not done so yet, you need to cancel the swtor subscription in your steam account, it can be re-added when this gametime ends

  • Yeah, I got an email saying game time was added and to cancel the steam subscription.

    I've subsequently cancelled the steam subscription...

    But my game still doesn't reflect the subscription. It still says preferred status.
    I've replied to the email telling me they fixed the issue. But it's pretty frustrating.
