Disabled Account?

I've been playing TOR since right after its release, with my father.
now I recently started playing again, after taking a few years break. 2-3. now I come back, and my account is suddenly disabled. I can play the game, but I cannot add Cartel Coins or get a new subscription to play again. I've looked at their website, but I see nothing that actually helps. I've tried the phone number multiple times but each time i was told the "advisors are busy".

Thoughts, ideas, suggestions to fix this?
