Re: Sims Freeplay quests
Quests are very important to complete. They unlock new content and if completed quickly can give some very cool rewards.
Down the bottom left of the screen (Not sure if different on iPad and iPhone, but I expect the wording will be the same) will be a small bar that says "X active tasks" (where x is a number. 1, 2, 3 or 4. EG. On my phone it says "3 actives tasks") It will likely be near the character portrait for currently selected character.
Tap that.
It will open a new window.
All your tasks will display. The top tasks are your 'story advancing' quests.
Tap the quest.
It will now give a description of what happens. You need to read the quest. I'll give you my current quest for an example:
The unicorn didn't speak in the way that Sims do, but spoke of candy and rainbows. Your Sim needs to tell their friends about this immediately! Have them call a friend on the phone from home.
OK. So the last sentence is the instruction. "Call a friend on the phone".
So I get a Sim to use a phone and look at my options.
Adopt Toddler
On hold to Tech Support
Quick Chat
Call a Friend
Call Mom.
The instruction is 'call a friend on the phone'. So to progress the quest, I need a sim to use the phone and select "Call a friend"
It's important to read the quest description, and then read the options when you interact with an object. Sometimes, you get new options that weren't there before when using an object!
I hope this helps.
