Crafting Events

Question

Ok I don’t know about anyone else but these crafting events are just stupid. This is my second one and I had to add a bunch of random sims to try to complete it because other time limited events were triggered and I still don’t have enough free sims. I’m currently at 21 sims and need a couple more but can’t.

Getting items just takes forever. Maybe in the upper ones where have to also craft jewelry and glass maybe make it not need so much. I don’t know but it shouldn’t be this hard.

most craft challanges will come back, so if you do not have enough sims, skip it for now and do events you like and feel like you can handle - especially with all the regular quests going on
it takes 13 sims, (adult, teens or seniors) to man all stations
set them on as short a cycle as you can . no use setting them to 2½ hours if you have no oppertunity to reset them for 6 hours, then the 6½ would be a better option
use timers
only do events you want to do or feel you can handle, early one it is too much to try to do it all
most will return, an handful of collaborations have been singular but all others have returned later, you will probably get a second, third or fourth try at them
