Thanks for replying but not for suggesting someone else has access to my mobile device because I can assure you that's not the case. I've had this game for years and play in a way perhaps contrary to how others play - this is not the first time this has happened. I can't imagine a scenario where this would happen repeatedly - can you? I've tried working with firemonkeys but they are essentially useless - is there an EA neighbor that is always there? There must be because as I said - I deleted google play from my device, created a brand new email address that I only use with the Sims Freeplay and that neighbor still showed up on the party boat - which I never connect to. I also stay disconnected from Google play the majority of the time - only connecting infrequently to upload my game to the cloud. This default neighbor is the only thing I can see is causing my issue. I don't want this neighbor, friends or any other way to connect to my game.

Hi DeeCeeWis, What you are describing is not possible. Neighbors cannot access your game. The only way for a person to access your game is if you give them the email address for FB or Google+ that you use to access your game. Since as you have reported, you changed your email as well as the password, it isn’t possible for someone to access your game. When party boat neighborsmvisit your town, they are visiting your save data not your live game. While it is possible for a Firemonkeys game tech to access your live game, I can’t see them singling out a random player to visit their town and inspire their sims. There is a default if you don’t visit your game for a few days that will inspire all of your sims though. Also food for thought. You don’t own your game. EA/ Firemonkeys owns the rights to your game as stated in their user agreement. By signing the UA, you are stating you agree with those terms. This grants you usage rights only.
- Anonymous8 years agoSo when all else fails, pull out the old UA huh? Well thanks for getting back to me but clearly you didn't read my posts. I was visiting the game several times per day during the toddler thing, so that's out, and I also mentioned I created a new email that isn't being used or given to anyone - not fb or Google play, other than when I upload the game to cloud, then I immediately log out again. But thanks for the best call back in the world with UA - because of course that is the answer to all questions no one really wants to bother investigating and answering. Have a great day.

Hi @DeeCeeWis,
You are asking for help to the community, @cdndragonfly was only trying to help.
As they explain - it's not possible for someone to access your game through the party boat if you downloaded the game from official sources, Google Play or App Store.
Yes, there is a default neighborhood you can visit if you don't have friends. This is not another player's neighborhood, but one created in the game so you can have 'someone' to visit even without connecting your game to Facebook/Google Play.

- Anonymous8 years agoHello - and all I've been trying to GET is help. I downloaded my game through Amazon when I used my kindle fire, but later uploaded the game to the cloud and saved it to the tablet I use now - so yes, I obtained the game from an authorized source. There must be some explanation for what is happening but no one is trying to figure it out - rather just telling me what it is or incorrectly implying this is through some fault if my own. Regardless - I take this seriously, because as you know - there's nothing free about this game and I've sunk more $$ into it than I care to mention. I'd like a resolution, an answer, a reason why it keeps happening - even though I'm just "using" the game - not owning it.

Hi DeeCeeWis, I only brought up the UA to explain that going to the online better business bureau for thinking the developer is accessing your game is a fruitless task. There are a few different ways your sims can become inspired on their own. 1. Was not playing a few days. (I know you’ve stated you play everyday so that’s out) 2. Updating your game inspires all of your sims. Honestly, I don’t think anyone is accessing your game. If EA/Firemonkeys is, they are well within their right to do so. But are they?
Good luck hope you get it sorted!
- Anonymous8 years agoThis is happening outside of updates and if EA is accessing my game - I'd like to know why - surely the UA doesn't forbid questions - or does it? I'm done replying here but before I go, I have to disagree with you again; it is not fruitless to file a complaint. EA gets sooooooooooo many, I can't imagine anyone there thinks it's a good idea to get more - especially for something that is happening with no real business reason to do so. Good night.

DeeCeeWis, The UA doesn’t restrict asking questions. The BBB isn’t going to respond to a complaint about a developer doing something they are legally allowed to do. That is even if they are accessing your game, which I don’t think is happening. Sorry I can’t be of more help. Maybe get better documentation and put in another ticket for Support at Firemonkeys? Hope ya get it sorted! Good luck!

EA_Mai - it happened again. Opened the game last night and only a few sims that I made inspired we're inspired. Opened the game today ALL SIMS WERE INSPIRED.
This is ridiculous and my concern is valid. This is MY personal tablet with other things installed than sims freeplay - what other things are being manipulated while whoever - EA because they can - or someone else because of a security flaw - or SOMETHING IS WRONG! If this isn't happening to anyone else's game - WHY IS IT CONSTANTLY, PERSISTENTLY HAPPENING TO MINE?!
EA_Mai - you are obviously affiliated or connected with EA somehow - I think this is something that should be escalated to an area that can handle it. It seems like my only option to prevent this is to uninstall the game, but at this point - the way the game is constantly being accessed and manipulated - I'm not sure my tablet wouldn't continue to be accessed. If you're going to suggest firemonkeys - I'll take my chances filing a technical support case and have someone call me, because this goes beyond a simple "I can't get my sim to go to sleep" or "my screen looks fuzzy" - my personal information is on my tablet and day after day this is happening. I need a REAL answer. Please advise.

AND AGAIN - IT HAPPENED AGAIN!! I know an update hasn't occurred, I know I've been visiting the game several times a day, I know no one has access to my device other than myself, I know this is some B.S. and it's happening. I'm not going to wait for a non-answer or to be told it's okay if EA is accessing my game and manipulating it in a way I don't want because EA owns it, or that it can't be happening - BECAUSE IT IS HAPPENING. If this game was on a tablet owned by EA, I'd have no problem with EA or someone associated with EA accessing the game and the tablet - but this is MY TABLET and it has other things on it that I haven't and wouldn't give access to anyone else. Clearly someone has access and I'm tired of being told it's not happening. I'm only sending this message so I can show that I've made a good faith effort to find out what's going on and that I've been largely ignored and/or mocked and basically told I must be imagining it or someone causing it myself. On to the next step to find an answer.
