Hi @TeoKnowsBest,
Sorry to read that ☹️ Let's try something else, ok?
Please, run Windows System File Checker to make sure there's no corrupted files in your system. Microsoft explains how to use it here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-ie/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system
Give it a try and let us know if it helps 🙂
-Mai Hey! The file checker report said:
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. So, no files are corrupted.- EA_Mai8 years ago

Hi @TeoKnowsBest,
I was asking @EA_Mage if she had any further ideas for this and she told me you already found a fix, reinstalling GeForce Experience and your drivers :D
Glad to hear that! Let us know if you have any more questions 🙂
-Mai - Hello! I finally fixed my issues. I'll say exactly what I did to fix it.
First of all, I reinstalled my drivers, but that wasn't the problem. The thing is, Sims 2 has a compatibility issue with nVidia drivers. All I had to do was to run the program with my Intel driver and set up the compatibility settings to Windows XP Service Pack 3. It works perfectly now! Thank you for your help! - EA_Mai8 years ago
