[FIXED] Guitars in pre-made houses can't be placed in inventory

While in live mode (playing a sim) click on a guitar. There should be "put in inventory" option. If you're high level, you have to press "more options" to get it.

If "put in inventory" is not showing up, it's a bug.

Hi, thanks for your response. It's a bug then. It's the acoustic guitar in the BFF house (where my sims live). I got the put in inventory option when I bought another guitar.

This seems to happen with any of the guitars that are in the pre-made households. They cannot be put in inventory by any of the sims.

To fix this, you will need to delete the guitar and buy a new one.

This is also NOT A BUG. Only members of the household which owns the object can place the object in their inventory. The owner ID for each object is set when the object is purchased in build/buy mode or created [spawned] by a creativity object, and objects which are packaged with pre-made lots cannot be assigned to any household since the household IDs are generated when the households are created and the owner entries for pre-existing objects cannot be updated since this would cause loss of family collections and corruption of inventories.

So you're saying none of the members in the premade houses actually own the violins ?

It might not be a bug but it's not a nice thing either.
