I have never had so many issues with any games before. To be honest, this is the only game i've ever played that give me the need to even contact the developer cause i cant stand it.
Just 3 months of playing I've opened around 4-5 cases. The worst one I ever opened was because 2 weeks i didnt receive izzy fashion gems from weekly stickers.
I keep poking them demanding a refund or a fix. on week 3 i finally received it. however they won't gave back the 2 weeks sticker gems I've lost. Even when I proved my progress. All they give was 20 gems for compensation on 1 email. and another 20 gems compensation on the next week I poke them. And yeah, I lost around 60+ more gems and they wont even return it. It's a wonder though, when they are able to compensate, means they have the ability to give you what they want when its needed. so why not just return what we lost??
Conclusion, they really doesn't know how to satisfy their costumers lol.
So my advice is, next time you're experiencing a crash/bugs, dont even bother to make progress until it is completely fixed because they wont give proper compensation and rolling back your game to when it has no problems are always their options.
