I completed a quest and didn't receive the items, i have tried to make a case to resolve this issue, i have tried using three different browsers, I have tried from two different phones, and tried calling but the number is no longer in service. All I get is "we're creating a case stay tight and stay on this page' but never goes thru. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. any ideas on how to solve my issue?

Can you ensure that you are following these steps exactly when trying to contact support:

Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

Thanks I'll try Google voice ,I have now tried more ways to reach out to EA for support, other devices, Facebook, Google play and still no support. I have now encounter more problems concerning my game, multiple glitches and missing content like no furniture, lost purchased items, lost sims characters and missing out on opportunities to complete quest. I have been playing sims mobile for over a year now and very much enjoy it but I have come to the conclusion that if I can't get my issues resolved then I see no point trying to continue playing it. it has been very frustrating trying to get in touch with someone for help.
