- @cmvhg8o82hhq Hi, please try leaving your sims free from events and close the app and restart it. Check if your sims have completed past events (pink check marks), claim the possible rewards and restart the app again.
Have you made any sims recently passive or retired any? Thank you for the reply..
recently I deleted my sims mobile because some bug issues, after I reinstalled it and choose the last saved game on cloud, I accidentally pressed the let’s play (or new game) button. After that, the game was reset from the beginning but with my last character from the previous saved game also with all my purchased items and successful events (unfortunately not the previous houses and all items inside it). Because i have to play it from the beginning, i need to rebuild the eco workshop, after it was rebuild it already have my previous eco workshop level but no pink star mark to start the eco workshop event.
I have the same issue after crashed from izzy's shop. All my items are gone in main house and i can't start the event. Please help me🥲
Hi, that sounds like you have two games now mixed up and probably we can’t help you on the forum. You could post separate bug report to describe the issue but I also suggest you to contact EA help
