I have and I keep getting a different agent I’ve gotten about 6 emails and every time I get one it’s always a new question about my issue when I was very clear about the issue to begin with. I’ve had to verify my email twice and I’ve provided proof of receipts and everything the last email I got they wanted me to state where I bought it from even though I’ve sent them pictures of the receipts and the person who emailed before that had said they would help me with the PlayStation purchase. They are literally giving me the run around with out fixing the problem I’ve been emailing with them for 3days now it’s getting ridiculous. It really feels like EA stole my money.

We need answers, I too have tried numerous times and no one can tell me anything. I paid £90 for the deluxe version and haven’t received any of the content. When will this be fixed?
Also got the same issue I’ve got like 4 characters that’s are permanently locked even tho I paid for them.
I sent them the issues and got nothing back.

There is no answers.
Or we should get together and file a collective lawsuit?

If you're still having trouble with this, can you share a bit more info when you've got the chance?- Which platform did you purchase the game on?
- What is your PSN ID or Xbox Gamertag?
- If you look at the purchase history on your console, does it show that you purchased the Deluxe Edition?
- Can you provide a screenshot of the game tile from your console library?

- @EA_Kent I am still missing mike and fedor after over 2 months , i am on ps5 and preordered on ps store. My psn id is bjmb_marko and in my purchase history it says deluxe and i was charged for deluxe but on ps store it says standard.where do i send the screenshot?
I’ve tried everything sent screen shots of receipts and proof that I only have the standard edition and still nothing EA basically stole all of our money I will never do business with them again.
Foreal like my ps5 icon for the game doesn’t say deluxe it’s just the standard edition

I'm dealing with this now after spending 89 dollars on the deluxe only to be able to download standard I've contacted PSN support about it and they sent me to ea and ea sent me back to psn support which couldn't fix it.Supposedly the content that's in the deluxe edition is on my standard download but I've yet to find it!

Hi, I brought the deluxe edition and it’s not working it’s on my taking me to the standard edition. I paid extra for this, all my characters are locked. I’ve tried everything you have said in the previous messages nothing works.
