Re: Web App Progress for UT Did Not Carry Over When EA FC 24 was Launched on PC

To follow up, I see this in the FAQs: All your EA game progress is linked to your EA Account, not your platform account. If you decide to unlink your persona from one account to link it to another, you’ll lose your game progress.

My EA Account has been linked to PC for over a month now - I was under the impression that when launching the new EA FC 24 web app, by logging in with my PC-linked EA Account it would register that this account would be used when I launch EA FC 24 on PC. If this was not the case, this goes against what it says in the FAQs (above). I'd like to be compensated for my lost progress as a result of this. Someone from EA can reach out to me through this chain or can email me personally to figure this out. This is not OK and a terrible start to a new game.
