Supercharge Pack not showing up
Redeemed the EA Play supercharge pack, and yet it hasn’t showed up in game. I see this is a recurring issue in previous titles so if this could get fixed this would be great

Sorry to hear this pack still hasn't showed up for you.
If you still don't see it, what platform are you playing on ?
There might be some steps to take to make sure it shows in-game.I have the same issue, EA Play member with XBOX Ultimate Membership. Supercharge pack code redeemed and the pack simply does not show up in ultimate team. The issue happened also on FIFA23 and was never resolved. Platform is XBOX Series, so it should be eligible.
- EA_HuxWhen you claim it on Xbox, make sure you click on Redeem code on the EA Play Perk, that should enter the code for you automatically then click "send".
I personally was able to get the pack.

exactly the same problem. Playing with Xbox Series S.
I redeemed the code and if I try again, it says that is already redeemed, but pack is no showing in my packs.
Same issue for me on the Xbix series X. Redeemed the code on market place, no pack was granted to me. The code now states that is has already been used...that will be by me.
Checked in the companion app and nothing there either. It's a bit unfair giving these out via marketplace and not actually giving the reward once the code has been redeemed.
How do we get this amended?
It´s the same issue than last year on FIFA 23. They could not fix it last year and I think it will be the same this year.
