Missing next set of 1600 fifa points for EA Play Pro Subscription
I subscribed on 10/05/24 and received my first 1600 points with no issues. I still haven't received my next set of 1600, any idea what is going on?

Hey, @xXGETR3KTXx69, I checked, and there are no issues with the monthly instalments of 1,600 points from the EA Play Pro edition. You should have received your points at the start of this month. Are you sure those haven’t already been used on your account?
Yes I am sure! Is there anyone I can escalate this to?
@EA_Pulsar Could it be possible that since I was online on the turn of the month that I didn't get the fifa points?
