Fc26 companion app fc hub locked

I have  had the companion app on my phone for a while and the fc hub is still locked on it . 
is there a issue or is there something I need to do and I don’t know about it ? 

I have logged out of console and logged back in I have deleted the app and re downloaded it . And still nothing 

i need help with this as I can’t see no objectives etc…. That  I could be doing via my app

    Hey Bumbl389​, please try the following steps, and see if that helps:

    1. Refresh the page a few times (Ctrl + R).
    2. Log out of your account, then log back in to help synchronize.
    3. Make sure you’re fully logged out of FC 26 before accessing the FC Hub.
    4. After logging out, wait at least 30 minutes before signing back in and checking again.
