Really great if disabling IPv6 helped for you. Can you please help others by adding few more details?
1. What inspections you carried out to find out disconnects happening because of IPv6?
2. What steps one should follow to disable IPv6 in router settings?
3. After IPv6 disablement, how long you are playing the game without disconnects?

Which is recommended for FIFA/FC game for console (PS5)? IPv4 or IPv6?
If this is something necessary for FIFA/FC game then can you please add this info in EA help's connection troubleshooting guide?

    @sanket_360 

    We don't necessarily recommend one over the other. However, having a mismatched IPv with your opponent can cause issues. While IPv6 is more secure, you'll most likely see better performance with IPv4. Not in the way of speed, but it can help avoid issues in regards to connecting to other players.

    Edit: IPv settings can be changed on your console's settings. Please perform a web search for those instructions.
