  • Thanks @EA_Pulsar I have contacted the support live chat a couple of times, but no real progress.Still can't access my account via the console or webapp, ie my account isn't linked correctly or something. It's been over a day of no access which is quite disappointing. This is disregarding my other case of lost/stolen content, but for now would just be happy with access to the game.

    @EA_Pulsar Can you please fix this issue(s) I'm having as per my cases:

    1. It seems like my EA Account from like 1 week ago and before (to back to 2021) has been beyond deleted and doesn't exist (apart from a lot of proof I can provide) and thus it seems like my current account is only days old.
    2. Even with a fresh account, I cannot access your servers. I have checked that I have EA Game Core Pass and the subscription is valid (confirmed on Microsoft account) (but please confirm that for me). I cannot play any online modes (internet connection is fine, I can connect to the internet with my Xbox, download games etc.).
    3. Apart from not being able to actually use the game, if whenever (I'm expecting never with how slow things go) actually be able to access the servers (that's step one) and my existing ultimate team (which I think you have lost forever, not me, you guys). I then have a previous hack of stolen goods to be returned (which I think is just do doubtful).

    Your support processes are ridiculous too. I'm having to secure my account again and again and then the new chat agent thinks that the case is then resolved as there aren't any case notes.

    Then a day or two later I get an email asking to secure my account to then investigate. The live chat person again thinks that as I'm asking for securing my account, that's it. And then the whole process starts again. And then you guys have the tenacity to say "In addition, please try again after some time as it may be possible that you are contacting us continuously and there is high volume of contact." Maybe I wouldn't have to contact so many times if it was resolved in a reasonable time. Half the contacts are just wanting to know if anything has been done, which the next person cannot say as no one knows what's happening.

    And now, as per your colleagues email: "Thank you for contacting EA . My name is Vinay. I hope you are doing well. So, as intimated earlier I would again like to reiterate that we need to secure your account and investigate it. In order to do that you need to contact our live support." I am on a live chat right now. I have reset my password. The person thought that the issue was fixed. I said check case notes. No notes. I then explain the issue. They come back with the same steps as the previous chat. I then explain it some more and then the chat is frozen. I type a new message, press send but nothing goes through, but then I get another email saying "Hi omnicid3r, Still need help? You can reach us on help.ea.com . SHUBHAM Y. EA Help" NOTHING WAS RESOLVED. NOTHING GAINED I WASTED OVER AN HOUR DOING NOTHING. I don't even know if Shubham even updated my notes to say my account was secure so then an investigation can happen. Do I create another live chat to confirm that?

    Also, for another case (not even sure what this one is compared to the others). I got the attached email to verify my account again. I did though did not get the email verification (but in my other attachment, I clearly do receive the emails apart from the one needed to progress my case...). I don't know why I need to verify an already verified account for you guys to work on it. JUST DO IT! But does this again mean I need to email or live chat again to then make any inroads.

    I wish you guys could just work on a case and resolve it without a hassle or input from my end.

    I just want to be able to play the game I paid for. I cannot do that for days now. Just fix my issues please!

    I legitimately do not know what I need to do. As it seems like everything falls back onto me to fix your issues, yet you don't give me the means to do so.

    Find my old ultimate team. Link it to my account (with the same email, not different, the same!) Ensure that the account can connect to the servers. Provide me my stolen goods. Surely one of those things can be done within 3 weeks (so far, no.)

    UPDATE: No update since the last post, just re-re-explaining the situation to the next people. Still can't access the servers or anything. The last chat suggested I get in touch with the Australian office, being: https://eatechnology.com/australia/contact/ As you can see, this is not your Australian office. Can't blame the person in I'm guessing India for not knowing that, but still, cmon.

    There isn't a way for me to actually get things resolved. I got a different email today too which asked if I have access to the email address it was emailing. Like really. Do you not think by now you can skip what my Xbox ID is or whatever. Just fix it. Find my account, allow server access. Ensure my FUT team is linked to my account. Voila!! Nah, better ask me for the email linked to my EA account for the 15th time.

    I have virtually resigned that I will not be able to play the game again this year, and that I've lost my EAFC points etc. It is utterly disgraceful that you've done this to me, and there is no resolution can be found. This is entirely on you and you hold no responsibility for your actions or inactions.

    @EA_Darko @EA_Pulsar please respond and not with a generic response.
