Ive been sbc banned for no reason

I've been doing sbcs casually to try and get players and I've been banned completely it's not letting me do any player picks unless it's on the app. I've checked my ban history and it has no history saying I've been sbc banned so please sort this

    Hey @RonnieCal,

    If you submit a large number of SBC's shortly after each other, that can cause a sort of soft-ban on your account. It won't show up on your ban history, but it should expire by itself in about 24 hours or so. I'd just refrain from doing SBC's until then.

    Are u guys going to fix this thing? or keep soft-banning?
    i got this like 4 times in a week. :'(

    Hey @302bc7e4838a77cf,

    From what I know there aren't any plans to change this system. I can only really recommend taking your time so that you don't trigger it.

    But, what is the point of the repeatable SBCs then? I finished the Ultimate Birthday Crafting Upgrade, and the result is that now I’m banned.

    I would guess if people continue to do them to fast they will stop repeatable sbcs like they added friendly caps to stop people playing to many games and hitting the ban.

    L. I’m getting banned for this every day that should not be the case. It’s unfair for the people who are grinding and working really hard since the drop rates are extremely low. EA is always fining a way to make something good into something bad.

    I've been banned about 5 times since Ligue 1 TOTS on Friday. How are we supposed to grind these "REPEATABLE" SBC's if we get banned every so many times we submit???? Doing SBC's in the EAFC In Game menu is made to be difficult and slow, seemingly on purpose. so we use the web app instead. I HATE grinding SBC's on the console and on my phone. The fact that this will never be fixed is just one more reason why myself and this community cannot stand this company.

    i swear man, unreal company if icould swear on here i would, they literally dont want you pack anything good if you dont spend money on this game, wallahi everyone who works in ea they will never see the pearly gates

    It looks like EA wants to solve the problems with servers at the expense of SBC grinders.
    I've noticed a trend that for the last 2 weeks I've been catching softbans 1-2 per day through the app. 2 times I even caught it directly in the game. I didn't even realize what was happening at first and contacted tech support, because I was just thrown to the main menu when I wanted to confirm SBC. Support did not provide a clear answer, but later I realized that it was the same soft-ban only in the game.
    Now I have a soft ban for 12 hours or more, because I have not been able to pass it through the web application for almost half a day. I used to spend a lot of time collecting SBC hoping to catch at least 1 top card. Now EA makes even that impossible.
    With the way they treat their customers, they won't get a single coin from me for microtransactions or a future version of the game.

    i got soft banned twice from sbcs today im just trying to grind and it wont let me
