Hi,
I watched the FC PRO LIVE for 15 minutes and got the benzema reward. It was shown as a regular player, but as i sent him to the club it was shown as a loan player for 9 games. Is it a bug or what? Because if it isn’t that is false advertisement - if it was supposed to be a loan player it should have been sown on the card in the objectives tab.
Please help me with my problem.

Redeemed Benzema from the FC Pro reward showing as regular untradable however redeems as Loan. See attached pictures
I was checking earlier today on the web app what the rewards are for watching the stream on twitch. When I saw a Benzema card as a reward I watched the stream because I could use that card. When I came back later to claim the reward on the web app later I did receive a Benzema card but it was a loan version. However it was never said or shown that it would be a loan version as seen on the pictures attached. I think I am in the right to claim that this is false advertisement and I have the right to receive the non loan version of this card that was shown on the web app as the reward.
I belive this is just a visual glitch in the webapp, on console it shows that it is a loan

On console it did show as loan player, but on the app it shows it is as not a loan. It would be great if everyone got a free Benzema special card, but most people, probably realized it was just a loan. I was expecting it to be one of those 4 day loans.
Ok, it is a visual glitch but it show the wrong reward. It is the same if there would be a store pack which said it would contain an icon in one specific language but it gives out a hero. It is also a visual glitch but is wrong. The people who opened this also got compensated. It’s is not because they did not spend money on it, they don’t deserve a compensation
Presumably this was another day when EA's content and proof-reading team was on annual leave. They do have a content and proof-reading team, right?!
I have raised a EA mistake and believe users are entitled to COMPENSATION. This is due to there being no mention of BENZEMA pro live card being a loan and there is no visual to suggest it either. Which was the reason why people like myself watched the pro live on twitch in the Frist place and have still not received the rewards even with unlinking and relinking the accounts.
This is therefore misleading to users and falsely advertised.

Really? so you just watch for 15 minutes and then stopped, or did you finish the hour? Also what happened? you just left it running didn't you? Annoying little snowflakes, whiny little compensation donkeys.

LOL, what a little *. It was never "advertised, it showed a loan on console. BTW when the Grealish, Malen and Martinez were shown as loans on both the apps and console did you then complain when it turned out that they weren't and demand that they be replaced by loans? Maybe you owe EA some compensation?
