Re: Cannot Do Anything On Web App

Hi there, @Narrowelway 

Please try making a new squad and set it to active. Then try to remove the items from the previous squad.

  • I tried that, it still gives the same error. When I reload the web app, the original squad didn't have their players removed and the new squad was cleared.

    Maybe it has something to do with the way the xbox was turned off, someone yanked the power cord before I could properly shut it down.

    @Narrowelway 

    I don't think unplugging the console would do that as your team is saved on our servers. Can you create a new squad on your Xbox instead of using the app?

  • I am away from my xbox so it would be impossible to do that.

    Is there any way these bugs can be fixed without using the xbox?

    I'm not aware of another way to resolve this. Unfortunately, you'll need to wait until you have access to your Xbox again.
