missing dll file msvcp120
okay so i try to start the sims 4 but get the "missing msvcp120.dll" but i have it in the win32 directory and i have tried to instal visual studios multiple times. any solution on this?

I will never EVER by a game from EA again.
The Sims 4 should play on my computer even if I am on a 32 bit system they made it clear before that it would work but its not!
I have a 32 bit system, I cannot install a 64 bit because it comes up with an error saying Windows XP SP1 is only available for installation of the game. so when you give answers about installing both x86 and x64 that cannot imply for the 32 bit were we are force to only use x86 so what are you guys going to do to fix this?
What Windows do you have installed? and is it fully updated using Windows Update?
