@EriSims974 Please remove your mods and test without them to see if the issue persists. There are reports of turning off neighborhood stories doesn't work correctly but you need to test on a vanilla game before making a report in the bug forum.

    @crinrict Sorry about the late reply, I was busy. It was the same with or without mods but I mean it's fine, it's a tad annoying especially in a save with a couple of legacies but well the game is full of bugs so one less or more. I just have to uncheck all the options so they don't do anything. Eventually, they could be adopting a pet but at least they're not popping kids here and there all the time or switching careers whenever they want to.
