Re: Sims continue to do whatever they are doing and don't stop ever.

Hi, please follow these steps:

1. Close your game

2. Open origin & go to My Games

3. Right click The Sims 4, hit "Repair Game," wait until it has finished.

Open your game, play as normal, and if your sims still continuously do an action, follow this:

1. Reset your sim (while it is preforming the ongoing action) by hitting Ctrl + Shift + C then type resetsim firstname lastname

2. If this doesn't resolve the issue, tapper with it by traveling or even moving your sims and their house to a new lot. Sometimes, the lot files inside the game can be corrupted.

If it still doesn't fix itself, take drastic measures by following these steps:

1. If you'd like to save your mods/cc or save files, be sure to copy these to your desktop or somewhere safe.

2. Go into your Documents and find your Electronic Arts folder. Delete the Electronic Arts folder, relaunch your game, and see if it presents you with a tutorial.

3. Quickly create a sim and test them inside a household preforming various actions. If everything goes well, replace your save files and mods/cc.

This technique should work.
