Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Hello! So, I hadn't played the sims in awhile and once I got the itch to, all the stuff I bought was gone. I tried a bunch of fixes like resetting and stuff so I feel like I'm missing something. This wouldn't be a problem except I cant find receipts in my email at all for any of them and I can't find the purchases on my card either. The only sort of proof I have is that my household saves have the packs I used on them.

The other odd thing at the same time as this is when I went onto the EA app, it told me I had downloaded the sims through steam and that I had to launch it from steam even though I had never done that. Furthermore, I know my hours on the sims was well over 50, but now when I look it's about 12. Any help or advice is appreciated!
