Re: Origin can't find Sims 4

If the game is no longer shows up on your Origin client, please try the following things

  • Restart Origin
  • Log out and back in and use the email address instead of the username. Make sure to use the one you used to register the game in the first place
  • Make sure it's not under Hidden Games
  • Reinstall Origin
  • Restart your router/modem,
  • Get in touch with a game advisor.

  3. Select a platform
  4. Click on the orange NEXT button
  5. Select a topic and describe your problem in a few words
  6. Click on the orange NEXT button
  7. Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor or leave your phone number for a call-back

    so I bought I while back sims 4 and I trued finding it but I couldn't so I gave up and now I wanted to try again so I updated origin, of course logged in and again couldn't fin anything, and no I didn't t find the bar with the hidden games so I a so confused and mad cause I know i have purchased it bc I received a msg saying that some amount of money were extracted from my credit card so it was obvious that i ve bought it and its just not showing up
