Re: [OPEN] Check infant/toddler interrupts all attempts to care for baby

@ASimJonny You have to reset the infant, not the parents. Because the infant's been given the power to override anything any other Sims want to do.

(Which is still ridiculous - why would you be unable to feed a baby because it's too busy complaining it's hungry? Why would the baby refuse to eat because it's hungry??)

Thanks, I'll give that a go next time my current household decide to have kids! It won't stop the queues filling up again but might make it a tiny bit easier to manage.

...now if only they could tone down the screaming. Just a touch too realistic if you ask me. I'd be a very bad parent in real life.

Ok yesterday I had a baby turn to an infant, it was a while since I played with infants, and it seems worse now than ever. I need to test more, but seriously I had only two parents, one infant,a cat and a dog, and the dad kept taking the infant and puting him down, then again, after I tell him to bring him to his crib, then down again, then he took him again this time to the crib... This game is not stressful because of the gameplay, this is just stressful to play with such broken feature.

What I expect to see, parents sims (caregivers) being less checking the infant and a lot less I mean, I should have as a player the need to do something most of the time, and only emergencies like the baby been crying for hours, then the parents come to the rescue... with free autonomy of course. I dont want to have to pause and cancel the interaction each parents (caregivers) takes. This is too much to deal with, it also clug the interaction queue, leading to sims forgetting action you told them to do with the infant and leading them to drop the poor kid in a loop on the floor and us the player, fuming behind the screen, not because the gameplay is hard, because the game does not work smooth at all. The sims autonomy is way to excessive and prompt... it is like that for everything, not only for infants, but for anything. They dont do a thing for less than a second and boom onto another thing... chill, we need chill sims... lol

@PipMenace The worst part that i notice about this game is that you have to wait the animation to end before you can cancel a action, if an expecific animation has 15min (in game), you have to wait all the animation and then, you can cancel it.
