also happening in my household with four sims - the youngest daughter doesn't get the drop down for season events, while the other three sims in the household can. only began happening after the latest update.
Confirmed, and NOT mod related. This is happening in my game, too, even in a save that has NEVER been modded AND with all mods removed from the entire installation, after a full factory reset and a repair.
However, It appears to be random as to which sims get to have holidays now and which don't.
In my vanilla tester save household, there are four adults and two toddlers. Two adults and one toddler had the holiday appear. The other two adults (one of which was the oldest in the house) and the other toddler did not.There's no common thread that I can find. The issue doesn't seem to be tied to any particular occult type, specific trait, whether or not the sim "loves" the holiday traditions, which holiday it was, etc.
Hopefully, this gets fixed soon, because in my "real" save, much like in real life, it's right before the holiday season, and this is just not OK... ☹️
