Yes, I believe so.

Added to say that I am looking at all in my library and have even clicked on the advanced setting which includes custom content.  Nothing that I have downloaded is there.

If you're clicking the heart it shows on your profile, maybe that's were it went?

Reading other people's experiences, I think this must be a bug.

1. You save a lot/room/household to 'My Library', then it will be saved in your 'My Library'. You can make them show up by using the filter option as shown on the last image.

2. You favorite a hot/room/household then it will be showcased on your profile, you can access your profile by clicking on your name in the right hand corner. Choose 'View Catalog' and then use the filter option 'My Favorites'. 

Hi.  Thanks for your patience but I think we may have crossed wires.  Apologies if not.

I know how to save my own houses and how to retrieve them, no problem.  I'm seeing something completely different when I'm in the Gallery looking at other people's creations.  The headings at the top are Game Info, News, Media, Store, Community and Buy Now.

As I tap into Community I see Maxis Top Picks and under the creations I see a blue file with a tiny arrow above it and I click it.  Unfortunately the download does not appear in my library.

I don't know if it makes a difference but I'm in the UK.

I think you're talking about the online gallery. Those should show up in game, in the library, so not in the online version. 

Forgot to mention, I've tested it, and in my game it seems to be working.
