When I got my new laptop, I was transferring my Sims Folder to the new laptop. I used to have a lot of Sims saved in my library, but now it only shows a few and some are even corrupted. I even tried following the tutorial on replacing the new trays with the old trays but still didn't work and it worked before, and now I am stuck with this. How do I fix it and get all the sims I saved from the gallery back?:
Also, additonal, I can't even delete the corrupted items from my library. It would just be grayed out
SweetShineKah Sorry for the late reply. Do the files still look correct on your old laptop? The question is whether the files corrupted in transfer, or something about the items is broken or otherwise not compatible with the game anymore.
You can delete the files by opening your library with Tray Importer,when you click on the corrupted file there is a section where it shows you each file;if you right click on any of the listed file ther you have the option to delete it from your tray without even going online to see your library.I have deleted this way some corrupted households a fewdays ago.Hope that helps.
