could you post a picture of what you're seeing ?

Are they blue any time of the day ?

Also are you using mods/cc in your game ?

    The lighting is just off and throughtout the sims day the blue goes from one side of my house to the other

    What's your graphics card ? What setting do you your game on ? Have you tried changing your graphics settings ?
