@m_rothkid The content you've created or downloaded—saves, saved households and builds, mods and custom content, screenshots—is all saved in your Sims 4 user data folder, the one in Documents\Electronic Arts. You can back up part or all of this folder and replace it later, or rather, copy over the contents to the new user data folder that will be created when you reinstall the game and launch it once.
It's best to back up this folder to an external hard drive or USB, or upload it to cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), so you don't have to worry about losing the data if something happens to your computer.
