Ever since the update, I have had to wait 15-20 minutes to load into my saves from the main menu. My computer was not doing this before hand, I have tried restarting my computer and removed mods. The game is just really really slow loading into my saves.

Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Finally, let me know how large your existing saves are. They're in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > saves, and you can tell them apart by modified date.
