The only fix I’ve currently found for when it’s a random sim that showed up is when my sim is ready to travel I take them with me and then make sure i disband the group and leave them behind. It seems the send home button is broken since sims never want to leave but just want to dig through my trash or steal my harvestables

What you describe is an effect of the selfsufficience NAP being active in your neighborhood. The trash rummaging is from a recycling NAP and if it is just one sim doing it the recycle disciple trait.

@ath31as Yeah unfortunately for now having to travel with the sim is the only fix I’ve been able to find, hopefully they will fix this soon because it can be annoying having random sims there.
