I buyed the expansion pack go to work. I payed and I get a order receipt. When I go to Sims 4 and I am explorere world then he said that the new world first have to be download. I usually do that in the EA app. But I can't find my expansion pack. It's not in my library. The only possible way is to buy this pack again. But the money is already of my bank account. Can somebody help me how I can download this pack?

Try clearing the cache for the EA app with the steps here, let me know if you're able to access Get to Work then please.
