Re: Sims 4 : pets not showing up

@Luain92 Do they show in the panel ? Or do you have invisible extra panels ? Like they are there but invisible or not showing there either ?

    Hello @crinrict

    If by "panel" you mean the bubbles showing the different characters of the lot in the bottom left corner of the screen, then they're not showing in there.

    @Luain92 Could you try if repairing the game works ?
    1. Close the game
    2. Right-Click on the game in Origin
    3. Hit Repair game.

    Then test a new save.

    @crinrict yep, I tried but unfortunately it doesn't solve the problem.

    Maybe the repair didn't really happen though ; is it supposed to show a message confirming it happened ? Cause I didn't get any, and haven't seen any "loading" logo indicating any processing was ongoing.

    @Luain92 Are you on PC or mac ? You should see the packs checking in the lower right corner of Origin. It loops through all the packs (on PC). For mac it currently only repairs the base game so you might need to reinstall the pack if you are on mac

    @crinrictokay I checked, a Steam window opened after clicking the repair button, loading and mentioning the repair was ongoing. The repair completed, but nothing changed inside the game unfortunately. Could it be linked to the connection between Steam & Origin ?

    I'm on a PC.

    @Luain92 If you have the world and everything else but the pets, it seems very odd.

    Are you missing anything else ? Do you have the CAS items and the build stuff ?

    Yes indeed, I have those. 

    Only pets not showing, not the roaming ones nor the purchased ones.

    @Luain92 Could you post a picture with the UI showing for the Delgato family (after loading into them) ? Just to be sure I understand right

    @crinrictsorry haven't been much on the laptop over the last 2 days.
    Here is the printscreen of the UI, let me know if this helps understanding the issue.
