@Violetfey I tested your save and got a LastException for a butler situation. Was that lot ever a residential lot and did you hire a butler ? Or did you have/do you have a butler on any other lot ?

For me the following steps allowed me to load the lot again but I don't know if it comes back or not

1. Load any household and travel to the faulty lot
2. Receive Error 109:8c87f108
3. Load the same family again.
4. They should now be on the restaurant lot and it should load.

All CC was removed for me of course so if this doesn't work for you, maybe you have something faulty

    @crinrict Actually, yes, that lot was a residential lot right before I made it into a restaurant, and it did have a butler. It was an Art Deco mansion with a butler. Do you believe that this butler last exception error is causing this issue with the error code? And if so, is there a way to fix it?

    I’m going to try the steps you listed, but I have a question: after I receive the error code and I get sent back to the world menu, do I click on San Myshuno and try to load the restaurant again with the same family?

    @Violetfey I do think it could have something to do with the butler, yes. Maybe the butler wasn't properly removed from the lot when you moved to another house.

    And yes to your second question. It seems that loading the lot resolves the butler situation and then it's fine on the second try.
