I can't get my sims4 to work

This is happening to me too.

wnfl882​  Have you enabled Steam's family sharing or anything similar?  If so, please disable it.

If that doesn't help or isn't relevant, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

If you're only using the EA App, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs.

If that doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag, as described above.

Ok Please help. 
I only used the EA app before but then I got fed up with all the errors so I decided to download the Steam version. 

So yes I am just using the Steam version now. 

I would really be appreciated if you take your time to have a look and solve the problem.

txmcp​  Please update the driver for your graphics card.  Download the AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition found here:

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."  Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.

Additionally, please uninstall iCUE for now, as its installer is crashing.  And disconnect all USB 3 devices from your computer and restart—the Windows USB 3 driver is crashing too, although this is probably not serious and may resolve once you disconnect the devices and reboot.  You can reconnect them afterwards.

If none of this helps, please describe what happens when you try to play Sims 4.  Please also let me know whether you launch the game through Steam or the EA App.

wnfl882​  Your dxdiag shows that Sims 4 is crashing because of something called TENXWGuard64, which is a component of RaonSecure, ZDSGuard, or somethine else from ZeroDay Security.  So please uninstall the program and see whether you can play.  As long as you don't do anything else at the same time, your computer should be safe.

You may need to repair the game (in Steam, Sims 4 > Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of the game files) as well.

If this helps, but you want to reinstall your security software, go ahead and do so, but set exceptions for TS4_x64.exe and TS4_Launcher_x64.exe so the software doesn't block the game anymore.

PalomaSun​  The type of Sims 4 crash in your dxdiag is typically caused by mods or custom content, so please remove your Mods folder and test the game again.  You don't need to save your progress.

without the mods it plays but how do i know what mod gives the problem ik put soms in game still working  50/50 and i deleted the bad stuf after did all same problem hanging hmm
