@Ashmy16  It would be odd for your mods and custom content to simply disappear, especially if the rest of the content of the Sims 4 folder were still intact.  You can search your computer for the files, to see if they happen to turn up anywhere else.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC, and search for *.ts4script (asterisk, then the file extension), which should find any mods.  Custom content comes in .package format, and you can search for that too, but the search results may include other unrelated files.  If you find your mods and cc, just put them back where they belong.

Be sure to check OneDrive too, in case the files happen to be there instead of stored locally on your computer.
