@SapphirePalmTr3 It sounds like you're trying, or your computer is trying, to open the downloads rather than saving them. When you download, be sure to select "Save file" rather than "Open."
If you don't get a prompt to choose, your browser may be set to automatically open everything. Reset its preferences, or use a different browser.
i reset the preference and the message hasn't showed up after I pressed download, so it looks like the problem is fixed. Thank you very much.👍
@Sodax3123 How to reset your browser preferences depends on which browser you use, and sometimes on which operating system you have. The easiest way to figure it out is probably just to google "[browser name] reset preferences," and follow the directions in whatever guide looks good. Or you could just use a different browser, since it won't share settings with your current browser.
