@SYAwkwardly  There are two sets of Sims 4 data on your computer: the game's program files, which you can choose to install wherever you want; and the Sims 4 user data folder, which will always be located in Documents\Electronic Arts.  If you move the user data folder elsewhere, the game won't be able to find it and will create a new one.

If you'd like to keep your user data on D, the easiest way is to move the entire contents of Documents there.

Be sure to back up your essential data first, just in case something goes wrong, although it should be fine.
