@anico120199 As I wrote in my original reply, there's no way to run the 32-bit version of Sims 4 anymore. If you'd like help troubleshooting your issue, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

If you use mods or custom content, please also test without it and let me know whether it makes a difference.
Hi, I keep getting the same exact warning message whenever I boot up my game, even without mods installed, the "You are running the 64 bit game executable on a system that does not meet recommended specifications and may experience instability or performance problems. We recommend that you switch to the 32 bit executable in Origin via the game properties panel." message, even though Origin AND the 32 bit executable doesn't exist anymore -_- (I play through the EA application). I've scoured over almost the entire internet for any solutions and have yet to come across one. I know my pc cant be the issue because it is a 64 bit system and has more than enough RAM to run TS4, however, just in case, I have attached a dxdiag. As for gameplay, it is extremely choppy and laggy, long loading times, and poor graphics. Putting the game in the lowest possible settings doesn't seem to remedy the issue either. I would LOVE it if you'd be able to help me out!! 🙂
Also, just incase you have to ask;
- Yes, I did try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
- I did try "repair" the game through the EA App
- I did try downloading the game to an external hard drive(2TB), just in case the issue was a matter of storage
- There's more than enough storage left on my PC; 114 GB free of 237GB

Your PC barely meets minimum requirements for the base game without any expansions. Try to disconnect one of your monitors while you play and see if that helps.
@z8lxu2xpvhce What game version do you see in the lower-right corner of the Main Menu? Please list the entire number, i.e. 1.xxx.xxx.xxxx. I ask because this error shouldn't be showing up anymore.
For the issue itself, jpkarlsen is correct that your computer is on the weak side for Sims 4, even without add-ons. One thing that may help is restarting immediately before you want to play, and not opening any other programs, aside from the EA App of course. This will help free up resources, which is not a cure but can improve things around the margins.
