Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Help! EVERYTHING IS WRONG!!! ALL PACKS/KITS ARE GONE!!!

I was on vacation when the news of having to update the sims 4 came. When I got home on the 7th of June, I updated the game. Updating the game went well with no problems. The problem started when I went to play only to see that my 1025 hrs.13 mins were gone. I thought it might have glitched or something and just opened the game anyway. Opening the game to find all my sims save were there but I was unable to play them because I "didn't buy the packs that the save games had" mind you I had bought all but the last few kits that came out. I was confused and restarted the game only for it to be the same problem. Going back to the EA page it said I didn't and never had bought ANY of the packs. I also noticed that my account name changes to my nickname in the EA account when it uses to be my account name being toydrn with my nickname being AnimeAngel520131. I have ever only had 1 account, so I know for a fact I'm not on the wrong account. I don't know what to do! I've spent way too much money from when the game came out in 2014 to 2024, I can't believe I had to lose all the money I put into this. If I can't get my packs back without having to repurchase them, then I'm not playing sims 4 again. It will also completely deter me from buy any new sims games afterwards.

This is ridiculous! With all the problems with updates and packs as of late with this now happening! These needs to be fixed before there becomes a massive issue!
