Re: Game Failed To Launch, Error On Our End

@Babayaga6767  Try clearing the EA App's cache:

https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

If that doesn't work, try forcing the EA App to update.  There's an updater inside its install location, likely here:

C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EADesktop

And run the EAUpdater.exe.  Restart your computer afterwards, then try to play.

If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

I uninstalled EA app, cleared the cache. forced it to update, and ran a dxdiag report that came back clear. At this point I'm considering a boycott this is ridiculous. I just transferred to the EA app two days ago, I had way less problems with Origin.

@tweakingeekin  Are you seeing the same error, or something different?

I do need to say though, your laptop is below the minimum requirements for Sims 4.  That doesn't mean you necessarily can't play, only that you may run into issues that are difficult to workaround.  Between that and the age of this laptop, it might be time to start considering a replacement.
