Game freezes, crashes or both.

helenofthesims​  There are certainly some troubleshooting steps you can try before returning the PC.  First though, I'd like to see a dxdiag from this system.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

helenofthesims​  How much data would you lose if you wiped this computer?  I ask because your dxdiag lists two different kinds of BlueScreens and two serious crashes of the graphics driver.  I could try to help you address these separately, but since the computer is new and could have several distinct issues, it may well be more effective to reinstall Windows from scratch.

If you're willing to do this, there are plenty of guides online for reinstalling the OS.  The key here is to download the motherboard's chipset drivers and the Nvidia driver separately, saved on a USB stick, and perform an offline installation of Windows.  Then you can manually install the drivers before going online.  This is to make sure you get the proper drivers rather than letting Windows choose for you.

For the chipset drivers, find the motherboard model, which should be in the documentation you received with the computer and at the very least will be printed on the board itself.  Google "[model name] drivers" and find the support page from the manufacturer.

BlueScreens and LiveKernelEvents are usually a software problem, so it's very possible there's nothing wrong with your hardware at all.  Reinstalling Windows may sound daunting, but it's usually not a big deal, and it's certainly preferable to sending the computer back.  After all, if you return it, you'll lose all the data stored on it anyway, and you also won't have your new computer to play with.

helenofthesims​  Are you asking about tackling the BlueScreens and LiveKernelEvent errors separately?  The latter is often fairly straightforward: do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the graphics driver.  This is specific to errors related to the graphics driver, and it only helps if the problem is the driver itself, not something else on your system.  Here's how to do a clean uninstall and reinstall:

With the BlueScreens, you'd typically need to use a debugger to analyze the crash dumps and hopefully identify the driver(s) involved, then update or reinstall those.  But the dumps aren't always informative enough to make the problem clear.  You could instead start by running Driver Verifier:

But it doesn't catch all the potential issues.

You're welcome to send me the crash dumps in C:\Windows\Minidump if you'd like me to look over them for you.  I can't promise that I'd be able to tell you what's wrong though.  If you are interested, copy the files to your desktop, zip them together, upload the .zip file to a third-party filesharing site (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), and link it here.

This is why I suggested a clean install of Windows though.  As you can see, it's something of an involved process to address the issues separately, if that's even feasible.

Yeah reinstalling it’s definitely the better option, I’m going to keep trying to get my computer to recognize the bootable, I didn’t know it would be so complicated this time for some reason, but I created it 4 different times and 1. it doesn’t show up on my BIOS or 2. says no drivers found instead of taking me to install windows. I’ll keep trying since I’m off today and update later!

Hello, I was able to reinstall my computer and the drivers, my game lasts a lor longer but it still freezes and now the crash restarts my computer. 

helenofthesims​  The BlueScreens in this dxdiag are different from the previous ones, at least in kind; the information still isn't nearly enough to pinpoint the source.  But since all three BSODs have the same code, it's possible that you now have only one problem, not several.  So if you like, I can look over the new crash dumps and see whether they point to a particular driver.
