@LKM747  As an experiment, try setting your screen's refresh rate to 120 or 144 Hz.  While it shouldn't be necessary, I've seen occasional issues with Sims 4 and high refresh rates.  Right-click on your desktop and select Display Settings > Advanced, and you should see the option to switch refresh rates.  Restart your computer afterwards and before trying to play.

If that doesn't help, please do a clean uninstall of the Nvidia graphics driver and install the (slightly older) driver offered by Asus for your computer.  Here's how to clean uninstall:

    Okay so a bit random but running the game at 60hz fullscreen seemed to work, but when I reverted it back the issue appears to be resolved 🤭

    So at least it seems to be okay for now, and at least if it stops working I always have windowed fullscreen lol
